Permit Applications

November 2009 - Demolition commences

September 2009 - BC Housing has received the permits referred to below to commence the described work on the site.

June 2009 - BC Housing has applied to the City of Vancouver for two permits that will allow work to proceed in the redevelopment of the Little Mountain site. Click here to read the letter to neighbours.

Selection of Development Partner

Memorandum of Understanding signed

September, 2009 - Letter of Understanding between BC Housing and City of Vancouver building from the Memorandum of Understanding.

July 26, 2007 - City council approved the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between BC Housing and the City of Vancouver.
