Milestones

March 2007 - Relocation Office opens

July 2007 - City of Vancouver approves Memorandum of Understanding with BC Housing

September 2007 - Request for Proposal issued for development partner

May 2008 - Holborn Properties selected as development partner

June 2009 - BC Housing applies to City of Vancouver for permits that will allow the redevelopment process to move forward

September 2009 - City provides permits allowing for commencement of site demolition work

November 2009 - Demolition of the site begins (click here for photo)
